Every Hoults crew member undergoes thorough training before working in our customers’ homes. Independent removal specialists conduct comprehensive training modules and test our people on packing and handling techniques.

 

All our drivers undergo a minimum 35 hours of CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) training. This results in a CPC qualification, demonstrating a high level of professional driving knowledge and skill.

 

Management staff are required to keep training records on all Hoults employees, and are tasked with identifying skill gaps and ensuring every employee receives ongoing training.

 

We hold regular staff training days, covering, forklift truck driving, fire warden certification, manual handling, health and safety and first aid. These training days are conducted via classroom, one-on-one, webinar and teleconference, providing a range of delivery methods to maximise the learning experience.

 

Employees are encouraged to provide comprehensive, honest feedback on all training modules, to ensure we can continually improve and refine the content.
