Moving in the UK

The first step in any move is a visit from one of our move consultants to carry out a pre-move survey of your home.  He or she will accurately assess your requirements and talk you through the move process, including explaining your insurance options.  A clean, concise written quotation with a break down of costs will be sent to you.

Your personal move co-ordinator will handle everything

It makes sense to be able to talk to the same person each time you need to discuss the details of your move - that's why we appoint a move co-ordinator to manage your move from start to finish.

Protecting your property and possessions

Packing is a specialist skill so we strongly recommend you use our full packing service.  This will leave you free to get on with those other important tasks that will demand your attention during this busy time.  We will unpack everything in your new home, placing furniture exactly where you want it.

Specialist packing materials

We utilise a wide range of high quality, environmentally friendly packing materials including covers for suites, white goods and mattresses as well as wardrobe and linen cartons.  We also take care to protect carpets, banisters and any other areas of your home that could be vulnerable to damage.

Extra care for those things especially important to you

Our people are expertly trained and will treat your possessions with care.  We have specialist packing materials for fine art and valuables and provide extra protection for delicate items - like soft tissue and corrugated paper for china and glassware and acid free tissue for metal ware.  We also provide optional specialist packing materials for awkward items like bicycles and golf bags to ensure safe transit.
