From assessing your initial needs to packing delicate valuables, you can be assured of the highest level of service throughout the whole process.
Each crew member in the Hoults team undergoes training before they are permitted to work on a move. Independent removal specialists conduct training with the crews, who are required to pass a test on packing and handling techniques. Crews are also required to attend re-fresher courses when appropriate.
In order to keep up to date with developments in the industry, both nationally and internationally, the Hoults Group holds memberships to the following Trade Associations:
B.A.R. - British Association of Removers
FIDI - Federation of International Furniture Removers
Hoults is dedicated to consistently improving service levels and has two separate questionnaires each monitoring different aspects of your move. The Customer Questionnaire is completed after the move, and indicates how you feel your move went or where it could have been improved. Our customer service team read every questionnaire and report back on any areas of concern, which are acted upon immediately. Likewise any areas of outstanding service are recognised in our Gold Crown Awards Scheme. The second questionnaire, found in the ‘contact us’ section of our web site, is a free text page where you are invited to write anything you like; improvements that you feel would enhance our service, recommendations or simply to give thanks or acknowledgments.
Hoults aims to continually improve its service through memberships and trade affiliations and through our own internal procedures.
