The Hoults Group is a member of the largest and most recognised industry association in the removal industry, The British Association of Removers (BAR).

Who is the BAR?

The BAR is a Trade Association dedicated to promoting professional excellence and service in the removal industry through its Code of Practice, for the mutual benefit of removers and their customers.

Why is BAR membership important to our customers?

As a member of the BAR, the Hoults Group subscribes to the BAR Code of Practice which is designed to help members maintain the highest standards of service and to protect our customers’ interests.

Members of the BAR must adhere to stringent guidelines and industry standards in order to maintain their membership, this ensures that the company as a whole operates equally and pricing and standards are consistent throughout the UK.

The Office of Fair Trading

The Hoults Group and the BAR are in close contact with the Office of Fair Trading to ensure trading terms and conditions are in-line with the latest statutory requirements.

Free conciliation service

The BAR sets out rigorous standards of customer care for its members. The Association provides advice and support should you experience a problem that has been un-resolvable, through their conciliation service you can discuss your issue confidentially and fairly.
