The Insurance Charter

The Hoults Group has introduced an insurance charter to ensure that the rigorous regime introduced when the company was regulated by the FSA for the sale of insurance continues. The FSA decided that insurance for removal for private customers goods no longer needed to be regulated form 2009. Hoults has not lessened its adherence to the FSA's principles.

What does this mean to our customers?

The Hoults Group Companies are committed to treating customers fairly. This means we will provide you with documentation to ensure your demands and needs are being met. Our customers also have access to the Financial Ombudsmen's Service if they feel they've been mis-sold insurance.
