From January 2005 the selling of insurance in the removals industry by removers acting as brokers became regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
The Hoults Group Companies trade as part of Moving Services Group UK Ltd which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
What does this mean to our customers?
Following the FSA’s principles and guidelines The Hoults Group Companies are committed to treating customers fairly. This means we will provide you with documentation in accordance with The FSA’s rules to ensure your demands and needs are being met. Our customers also have access to the Financial Ombudsmen's Service if they feel they've been missold insurance.
