The members of the Hoults Group have created ‘The Gold Crown Award Scheme’ to recognise and reward our employees.
Six times a year an employee of the group that has exceeded our customers’ needs and expectations is nominated and awarded a certificate and Gold Crown Award.
Our award winners are identified throughout the group as champions who have gone that little bit further to help, care, and think about our customers when they are on the move.
